Shipping Policy – United States

Shipping Availability

We ship orders from Germany to delivery addresses within the United States, subject to product availability and any shipping restrictions displayed during checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for deliveries to the United States are displayed during checkout before you submit your order. The applicable shipping charges are also shown in your order confirmation.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Additional Fees

All orders are shipped from Germany.

Import duties, import taxes, customs charges, carrier brokerage fees and other import-related charges are not collected by Salino GmbH at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise during the ordering process.

Any such charges assessed when the shipment enters the United States are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are paid directly to the relevant customs authority, shipping carrier or other responsible service provider and not to Salino GmbH.

Any taxes that are expressly displayed and collected during checkout remain payable as shown.

We recommend reviewing the applicable import requirements before placing your order, as customs charges and import procedures can vary.

If a shipment is refused, cannot be delivered or is returned because the recipient does not pay applicable import charges, any reasonable return shipping, storage, customs or carrier charges incurred may be deducted from the refund to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Estimated Delivery Times

Unless a different timeframe is stated on the applicable product page or during checkout, the estimated delivery time for shipments to the United States is 7–14 business days after the order has been confirmed.

For orders paid in advance by bank transfer, the delivery period begins after we have received your payment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes or an incorrect or incomplete delivery address may result in additional delays.

Business-day estimates exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide you with the option to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the affected order for a refund.

Orders Containing Items with Different Delivery Times

If your order contains several products with different processing or delivery times, we will generally ship the order together unless otherwise agreed.

In this case, the estimated delivery time for the entire order will be based on the product with the longest stated delivery time.
