I bought the mini saline 2 weeks ago and put it on the bedside table in the bedroom. I ordered the Salino Vatis. Unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. We have a house that's open at the top and all the positive effects literally evaporate into thin air. I then contacted customer service by email. On a Friday afternoon. Less than an hour later, I received a reply with suggested solutions and the offer to test it for the full 30 days without obligation. If I still wanted to send it back afterwards, that wouldn't be a problem. The return process went smoothly, even though we don't live in Germany. The refund was also made within the deadline.
