I bought the mini saline 2 weeks ago and put it on the bedside table in the bedroom. I am delighted with the immediate effect: my husband no longer coughs at night and his snoring has also decreased significantly. I ordered the Salino Vatis. Unfortunately, they didn't meet my expectations. We have a house that's open at the top and all the positive effects literally evaporate into thin air. I then contacted customer service by email. On a Friday afternoon. Less than an hour later, I received a reply with suggested solutions and the offer to test it for the full 30 days without obligation. If I still wanted to send it back afterwards, that wouldn't be a problem. The return process went smoothly, even though we don't live in Germany. The refund was also made within the deadline. The products are good, but unfortunately they're not right for us. I find the customer service to be extremely friendly and courteous. Thank you very much!

We are so impressed that we bought a second one! It arrived yesterday! Super fast delivery, great color - rainbow! The second one is also the newer version that is very quiet. I have almost gotten rid of my problems with a dry nose and dry mouth thanks to the saline, thank you very much for that! I can sleep much better and have become more vital as a result.
